Website recommendation
Help guests choose a stay, then build the trip.
The resort has grown. The website now gives guests more rooms, restaurants and things to do, but it still asks them to put the trip together themselves.
The current room, cottage, tee-time and event booking systems stay in place.
One guided page helps each guest choose a stay, then sends them to the right place to book.
The site lists three places to stay. It does not quickly explain which one fits the trip.
Your current site already sends people to the correct booking pages. Keep that. The missing step comes before the handoff.
A useful directory. It moves people forward, but it does not make the choice easier.

Book or inquireGuests have to compare Lodge, Suites and Cottages on their own.
The Ridge acquisition added 146 rooms, a marina, event space and more dining. Guests now have more reasons to stay on property and more decisions to make before they reserve.
These small differences across current pages are not the main problem. They are a sign that the expanded resort needs one maintained source of truth.
Turn the existing Book Online page into a guided stay selector.
This is not a new reservation system or an additional page. It replaces the current three-link directory with a clearer decision step, then uses the booking tools already in place.
Choose the kind of trip.
A couple, golf group, family or work team starts with the reason for the visit.
Get one lodging recommendation.
The page recommends Lodge, Suites or Cottages and explains why it fits in one plain sentence.
Book in the current system.
The recommendation includes relevant dining, golf or activities. The final button opens the booking or inquiry page already in use.
The lodging pages, booking engines, tee-time tools and event forms remain intact. Only the current Book Online decision page changes.
Choose a trip. See the recommended stay.
Choose a kind of trip. The page changes the lodging recommendation and shows the next useful decisions.
Illustrative planning view. Recommendations use existing lodging, dining and activity information.
Check in once. Keep the weekend close.
A full-service hotel on Lake Como puts the pool, marina, coffee and dinner in one easy home base.
The final step uses Destination Geneva National's existing room-booking system.
Book the Lodge ↗A clearer Book Online page. No replacement booking system.
I would rewrite, design and build the existing Book Online page, connect each result to the current booking links and test it on phones and desktops.
Book Online redesign
Replace the current three-link directory with the working trip selector shown above, built to fit the existing website.
Clearer lodging copy
One useful difference for Lodge, Suites and Cottages, plus a single approved list of rooms, restaurants and amenities.
Current booking links
Every recommendation hands the guest to the existing room, cottage, tee-time or event path. No duplicate system to manage.
Desktop + mobile testing
The page is tested at real phone and desktop sizes, with readable type, clear actions and a reduced-motion version.
Launch + simple handoff
I build the page in the current site or coordinate with the existing web partner. The team receives a short guide for future updates.
Create pages for real trip searches. Track which choices lead to booking.
Search and analytics are not extras here. They show whether the clearer page is bringing qualified guests into the booking paths.
A focused page can answer a specific trip need more clearly than a broad resort homepage.
Plain lodging differences help people looking for space move directly toward a cottage booking or inquiry.
The Lodge has a useful distinction that can be easier to find and easier to act on.
Meeting space, rooms, dining and golf become one direct planning story instead of separate discoveries.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager record the trip selected, lodging shown, booking click, cottage inquiry, event inquiry and phone tap. A simple report shows which kinds of visits are moving toward revenue.
Turn the existing Book Online page into a guided stay selector.
The page recommends Lodge, Suites or Cottages based on the trip, pairs the stay with relevant dining and activities, then sends the guest to the current booking system.
The current website, lodging pages, booking engines, tee-time tools and event forms.
A guided selector that recommends Lodge, Suites or Cottages by trip type.
Each stay to the dining, golf, meetings and activities most likely to matter.
Search visibility, guest choices and the clicks that lead into booking or inquiry.
The result will use Destination Geneva National's brand and photography. Guests will reach the right booking page with fewer comparison steps.
